General Liability Waiver & Release

I understand and acknowledge that participating in activities at Adventure Farms involves inherent risks, including but not limited to, those associated with agricultural activities, recreational activities, and the use of equipment and facilities.

 

I hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue Adventure Farms, its owners, employees, agents, and representatives from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, and causes of action whatsoever, whether in law or equity, arising out of any personal injury, property damage, or death that may occur as a result of my participation in Adventure Farms activities.
